摘要
目的:观察尿毒清颗粒对糖尿病肾病大鼠P-选择素水平的影响,探讨其肾脏保护的作用机制。方法:采用腹腔注射链脲佐菌素制造成糖尿病肾病大鼠模型,健康8周龄雄性清洁级Wistar大鼠50只随机分为正常对照组(N组)、糖尿病肾病模型组(DN组)、尿毒清颗粒治疗组[40 mg/(kg·d),腹腔注射,T组]。应用免疫组化的方法检测大鼠肾组织中的P-选择素蛋白表达水平,观察各组大鼠肾组织中P-选择素的表达水平有何差异。结果:免疫组化分析提示N组大鼠的肾组织P-选择素呈弱阳性表达,DN组和T组大鼠的肾组织P-选择素表达明显强于N组。结论:在糖尿病肾病的发生发展过程中存在着P-选择素表达水平的变化,尿毒清颗粒的治疗对P-选择素有一定的抑制作用,从而可以延缓糖尿病肾病大鼠肾功能的衰减。
Objective To observe the effect of Niaoduqing-granule therapy on the P-selectin level in rats with diabetic nephropathy, to explore the mechanism of kidney protection. Methods The rats model of diabetic nephropathy were established by intraperitoneal injections of streptozotocin. 50 rats were randomly divided into normal control group (N group), diebetic nephropathy group (DN group), and Niaoduqing-granule group (T group). The P-selectin expression levels were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results P-selectin of kidney tissues in N group was weak positive. P-selectin of kidney tissues in DN and T group were much stronger than N group. Conclusion There exist in P-selectin expression change in the process of development of diabetic nephropathy, Niaoduqing-granule may play a renoprotective role in inhibiting the expression of P-selectin.
