摘要
[目的/意义]总体国家安全观理论在新的时代背景下为中国特色智库管理创新提供了自上而下的动力。那么,如何让"智库"引领并服务国民社会的各个领域,发挥情报服务在特色智库建设等方面的重大作用将是一个值得深入研究的问题。[方法/过程]从信息安全观的视角出发,对智库与情报工作的关系进行了探讨,并进一步阐述了信息安全时代对智库情报服务的新要求。[结果/结论]从4个方面提出中国特色新型智库情报服务建设的创新举措,发挥中国特色智库建设的保障、服务、支撑和引领的作用。
[Purpose/significance]The overall national security concept theory provides top-down impetus for management innovation of think tanks with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Then,how to make"think tanks"lead and serve various fields of the national society,and give play to the important role of intelligence services in the construction of characteristic think tanks,etc.,will be a question worthy of further study.[Method/process]From the perspective of the information security concept,the relationship between think tanks and intelligence work was discussed,and the new requirements for think tank intelligence services in the era of information security were further elaborated.[Result/conclusion]Innovative measures for the construction of a new type of think tank intelligence service with Chinese characteristics were put forward from 4 aspects,and the role of guarantee,service,support and guidance in the construction of think tanks with Chinese characteristics was brought forward.
