摘要
吞咽障碍是脑卒中后常见的功能障碍,长期吞咽障碍患者营养不良甚至引发吸入性肺炎,电解质紊乱等严重并发症,因此吞咽功能的恢复对于卒中患者至关重要。该文通过查阅国内外研究文献,就近5年来针灸、穴位贴敷、中药离子导入等中医外治法治疗吞咽障碍的临床研究进行归纳总结,并对目前中医外治法治疗吞咽障碍的现状进行探讨并展望未来,以期为将来的临床研究提供参考。
Dysphagia is a common functional disorder after stroke.Malnutrition in patients with long-term dysphagia may even lead to serious complications such as aspiration pneumonia and electrolyte imbalance.Therefore,the recovery of swallowing function is very important for stroke patients.This article summarizes the clinical research on the treatment of dysphagia by external treatment of TCM such as acupuncture,acupoint sticking,and iontophoresis of traditional Chinese medicine in the past five years by consulting domestic and foreign research literature,and discusses the current status of external treatment of TCM for dysphagia.And look forward to the future,in order to provide reference for future clinical research.
