摘要
目前市场上有很多镀金产品,但是国内对镀金产品检测的报道很少。本文对市面上最常见的四种镀金产品的基体及镀金厚度进行研究。通过对比实验确定了四种基体溶解酸的最佳组合及条件,得到完整的镀金层之后,使用X射线荧光光谱仪、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)对镀金层的厚度及金含量进行测定。实验发现对镀层厚度在1μm左右及以上的产品可以准确测定镀金层的含量及质量,镀层小于0.4μm的产品还需进一步研究。本实验方法对市场上大部分的镀金产品都可准确测定,满足了贵金属市场新产品的检测需求。
At present,there are many gold-plated products in the market,but the domestic standards and reports for accurate testing of gold plating products are rare.The paper analyzed the matrix and thickness of four of the most common gilding products on the market.The best combination and conditions of the four matrix dissolved acids were determined by comparative experiments,and after obtaining the complete gold coating,the X-ray fluorescence spectrometer and the inductive-coupled plasma emission spectrometer(ICP-OES)were measured.The experiment found that the content and quality of gold coating can be accurately determined for products with a thickness of about 1μm and above.Products with a coating of less than 0.4μm should be further study.However,this experimental method can accurately determine most gilded products in the market and meet the detection demand of new products in the precious metal market.
