摘要
近年来,社会经济快速发展,同时由于农村环境治理相对较薄弱,农村水环境问题日益突出,严重影响到广大农村地区居民的生命健康。文章通过分析周宁县农村生活污水治理现状及存在的问题,提出了规范治理农村生活污水的对策。研究发现周宁县农村污水处理存在着管网纳管率低、技术落后及运维缺失等共性问题。乡镇污水处理站运维管理缺失,进水管网混乱,出水氨氮及总磷超标问题较大。村庄污水处理设施处理大部分仍然采用单一化粪池的落后处理技术。文章同时针对提高污水收集率、强化污水处理设施弱项、规范运维管理以及引入智能化治理监管模式等四方面提出了周宁县农村生活污水处理长效运行对策,为进一步提高农村生活污水处理水平治理提供参考。
In recent years, with the rapid development of social economy and relatively weak environmental governance in rural areas, the problems of rural water environment have become increasingly prominent, seriously affecting the lives and health of residents in rural areas. By analyzing the present situation and problems of rural domestic sewage treatment in Zhouning County, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to standardize the treatment of rural domestic sewage.We found that there are still some common problems in rural sewage treatment in Zhouning County, such as low pipe network management rate, backward technology and lack of operation and maintenance. The township sewage treatment station has great management problems, the inlet pipe network is chaotic, and the ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus are exceeding the standard. Most of the village sewage treatment facilities still use the backward treatment technology of single septic tank. At the same time, this paper puts forward the long-term operation countermeasures of rural domestic sewage treatment in Zhouning County from four aspects, such as improving the sewage collection rate, strengthening the weak points of sewage treatment facilities, standardizing operation and maintenance management and introducing intelligent supervision mode, so as to provide reference for further improving the level of rural domestic sewage treatment.
