摘要
豆蚜(Aphis craccivora Koch)是绿豆田的主要害虫之一,在黑龙江省的发生和危害程度呈现逐渐上升的趋势,对豆蚜进行绿色防控,是目前的当务之急,而利用品种抗虫性和外源诱导剂诱导品种抗虫性是绿色防控中的重要途径。植物次生代谢物质作为植物的有机化合物,在防御昆虫危害的过程中起到了重要的作用。通过用不同浓度的水杨酸对绿豆植株进行处理,分析处理后绿豆植株内次生代谢物质含量的变化,明确外源水杨酸对绿豆抗蚜性指标中次生代谢物的诱导效果。选用绿豆感虫品种小明绿为试验品种,分别喷施浓度为0.1、0.5、1、5、10 mmol·L^(-1)的水杨酸,在处理后的绿豆植株上接上豆蚜成虫,测定绿豆植株内总酚、黄酮和单宁含量的变化。试验研究结果表明,豆蚜胁迫下,绿豆植株内的总酚、黄酮和单宁含量均呈现先上升后下降的趋势;且除0.1 mmol·L^(-1)浓度处理在第12 d时达到取样时间范围内总酚含量最大值外,随着浓度升高,绿豆植株内总酚含量达到最大值的时间逐渐延长;在0.1~5 mmol·L^(-1)四个浓度处理下,随着浓度的升高,绿豆植株内黄酮含量升高时间越长;在第6天时,五个浓度水杨酸处理下的绿豆植株内单宁含量均与对照存在极显著差异;且除了0.1 mmol·L^(-1)浓度处理外,其余四个浓度水杨酸处理下的绿豆植株内单宁含量均在第3天时达到最大值。水杨酸的不同浓度或不同作用时间对绿豆植株总酚、黄酮和单宁含量的影响均极显著;水杨酸五个浓度处理和不同作用时间双重作用下对绿豆植株总酚含量影响显著,对黄酮和单宁影响极显著。且在水杨酸处理下,随时间变化,水杨酸浓度为5 mmol·L^(-1)处理时,在第3~9天对豆蚜的生长发育抑制效果及对小明绿植株抗蚜性指标诱导效果最为显著。
Aphis craccivora Koch was one of the main pests in mung bean fields,and its occurrence and damage degree in Heilongjiang province were on the rise.Insect resistance of varieties and the use of exogenous inducers to induce insect resistance of varieties were important in green control.Plant secondary metabolites,as organic compounds of plants,played an important role in the defense against insect damage.By treating mung bean plants with different concentrations of salicylic acid,the changes in the content of secondary metabolites in mung bean plants after treatment were analyzed,and the induction effect of exogenous salicylic acid on the secondary metabolites in mung bean resistance indicators was clarified.The mung bean-infected variety Xiaominglu was selected as the test variety,and salicylic acid at concentrations of 0.1,0.5,1,5 mmol·L^(-1) and 10 mmol·L^(-1) were sprayed respectively.Aphis craccivora Koch adults were attached to the plants,and the changes in the contents of total phenols,flavonoids and tannins in mung bean plants were determined.The experimental results showed that under the stress of Aphis craccivora Koch,the contents of total phenols,flavonoids and tannins in mung bean plants increased first and then decreased.In addition to the maximum phenolic content,the time for the total phenolic content in mung bean plants to reach the maximum value gradually increased with the increase of the concentration;under the four concentration treatments of 0.1~5 mmol·L^(-1),with the increase of the concentration,the longer the flavonoid content in the plant increased;on the 6 th day,the tannin content in the mung bean plants under the five concentrations of salicylic acid treatment was significantly different from that of the control;and except for the 0.1 mmol·L^(-1) concentration treatment,the rest the tannin contents in mung bean plants under the four concentrations of salicylic acid all reached the maximum on the 3rd day.The effects of different concentrations of salicylic acid or different action times on the total phenolic,flavonoid and tannin contents of mung bean plants were extremely significant.Under the salicylic acid treatment,the salicylic acid concentration was 5 mmol·L^(-1) treatment,the growth inhibition effect on the bean aphid and the induction effect on the aphid resistance index of Xiaoming green plants were the most in the 3 rd to 9 th day.
