摘要
昏迷是目前致死率、致残率较高的一种急危重症,其对社会、家庭均造成了重大的伤害和影响,故而探索一种新的昏迷促醒方法对卒中等脑损伤性疾病的早期恢复具有一定意义。三叉神经电刺激作为一种新型的电刺激疗法,对昏迷促醒具有重要的临床意义。本文从三叉神经电刺激疗法的可能作用机制及其相关参数设定进行研究概述,以期为临床昏迷促醒的救治提供一种新的治疗思路。
Coma is an acute and critical illness with a high fatality rate and disability rate,which has caused significant harm and impact on society and families.Therefore,a new method of coma and awakening is explored for stroke and brain damage.Early recovery from traumatic diseases has a certain significance.As a new type of electrical stimulation therapy,trigeminal nerve electrical stimulation has important clinical significance for coma and awakening.This article summarizes the research on the possible mechanism of trigeminal nerve electrical stimulation therapy and its related parameter settings,in order to provide a new treatment idea for the treatment of clinical coma and awakening.
