摘要
目的:探究理气定痛汤联合艾灸在气滞血瘀证慢性盆腔炎(CPID)患者治疗中的效果。方法:选取2019年10月—2021年10月我院接诊的气滞血瘀证慢性盆腔炎患者124例为研究对象,按照分层抽样法将其分为艾灸治疗组61例、联合治疗组63例。两组均应用西药氧氟沙星进行基础治疗,艾灸治疗组采用艾灸治疗,联合治疗组在艾灸治疗组基础上增加理气定痛汤内服。观察两组临床症状改善情况,炎症因子,GM-CSF、MCP-1水平,局部微循环状态,中医证候积分及治疗效果。结果:与艾灸治疗组相比,联合治疗组临床症状消失时间较短,炎症因子,GM-CSF、MCP-1水平,中医证候积分较低;血流灌注、毛细血管管径较大;血管清晰度、治疗总有效率显著较高(P<0.05)。结论:理气定痛汤联合艾灸可有效改善气滞血瘀证慢性盆腔炎患者临床症状,减轻机体炎症反应、缓解内皮损伤,治疗效果显著,值得临床推广。
Objective:To explore the effect of Liqi Dingtong Decoction combined with Moxibustion in the treatment of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(CPID)with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:124 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome treated in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the research object.According to the stratified sampling method,they were divided into 61 cases in the moxibustion treatment group and 63 cases in the combined treatment group.Both groups were treated with ofloxacin,the moxibustion treatment group was treated with moxibustion,and the combined treatment group was treated with Liqi Dingtong Decoction on the basis of moxibustion treatment group.The improvement of clinical symptoms,inflammatory factors,GM-CSF and MCP-1 levels,local microcirculation,TCM syndrome score and treatment effect were observed.Results:Compared with the moxibustion treatment group,the combined treatment group had shorter disappearance time of clinical symptoms,lower levels of inflammatory factors,GM-CSF and MCP-1,lower TCM syndrome score,larger blood perfusion and capillary diameter,significantly higher vascular clarity and total effective rate of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Liqi Dingtong Decoction combined with moxibustion can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,alleviate the inflammatory response of the body,relieve endothelial damage,and the treatment effect is significant,worthy of clinical promotion.
