摘要
在酸性条件下 ,西地那非与依文思蓝反应 ,形成离子缔合物 ,使依文思蓝溶液褪色 ,最大褪色波长位于6 2 0nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数ε6 2 0 为 3 2× 10 4 L·mol- 1 ·cm- 1 ,西地那非浓度在 0~ 1 5× 10 - 5mol·L- 1 范围内 ,遵守比尔定律 .本法操作简便 ,体系稳定 ,灵敏度较高 ,选择性好 ,用于柠檬酸西地那非片 (万艾可 )中西地那非含量的测定 ,结果满意 .
In acid solution, Sildenafil reacts with Evans blue to form an ion association complex, which causes the fading of the Evans blue solution. The maximum fading wavelength is located at 620 nm. The apparent molar absorptivity(ε 620 ) is 3.2×10 4 L·moL -1 ·cm -1 . The concentration of Sildenafil in the range of 0-1.5×10 -5 moL·L -1 obeys Beer law. The method with simplicity, stable system ,high sensitivity and good selectivity was applied to the determination of Sildenafil in citric acid Sildenafil tablet(viagra).
