摘要
云网融合是落实国家决策部署,增强工业互联网产业供给能力的必然选择。打造“智能+”工业互联网平台,是推动制造业高质量发展,强化工业基础和技术创新能力的重要举措。针对传统的工业控制系统存在感知深度不足、互联广度不足、分析预见性不足的问题,提出来一种工业云网端控制架构,并将其成功应用于鞍钢(本部、鲅鱼圈)两地炼钢厂连铸中包整备系统异地集中控制,为未来实现ERP、MES、工业APP直接驱动控制系统实现大数据驱动敏捷控制奠定基石。
The cloud-network integration is an inevitable choice for implementing decisions and deployments made by China and increasing the service capacity by industrial internet industry.So building the Intelligent Plus industrial internet platform was an important measure to promote the high-quality development for the manufacturing industry and strengthen the industrial base and technological innovation capability.In view of the problem that the traditional industrial control system had shortcomings such as insufficient perceived depth,insufficient extent of inter-connection,and insufficient predictability by analysis,the industrial cloud internet-terminal control architecture was proposed and this architecture was successfully applied onto the remote centralized control of the tundish standing-by system for steelmaking plants(located at Anshan&Bayuquan)of Ansteel,which established a foundation for achieving the direct driving control system for ERP,MES and industrial APP and achieving the Big Data Driving agile control in the future.
