摘要
鞍钢冷轧工序质量管控平台基于鞍钢全流程产品质量大数据分析系统建立。通过对冷轧过程中的工艺数据、物料信息及状态参数进行采集、存储、整合、处理,并在此基础上,构建冷轧过程监控、质量分析、质量追溯、计划评价及质量预警等功能模块,实现了冷轧过程实时监控及物料异常诊断追溯功能,保证冷轧工序受控,及时发现生产过程异常及其形成原因,保证了生产过程顺行及产品质量稳定性。显著提升了冷轧工序生产效率,提高工艺人员工作效率,明显提高企业竞争力。
The cold rolling process quality control platform of Ansteel was established based on the whole process product quality big data analysis system of Ansteel.By collecting,storing,integrating and processing the process data,information on the materials and state parameters in the cold rolling process,and depending on these operations,the function modules in terms of cold rolling process monitoring,quality analysis,quality traceability,plan evaluation and quality early warning were built so that the real-time monitoring for cold rolling process and the tracing function for diagnosis of materials abnormal were achieved.As a result the control of cold rolling process was ensured,while the abnormal production process and the causes leading to abnormity were recognized early,which further guaranteed the smooth production process and steady quality of products.So the production efficiency of the cold rolling process,the working efficiency of the technical personnel and the competitiveness of the enterprise were improved obviously.
