摘要
目的调查妊娠期糖尿病患者智谋水平并分析其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,选取242例妊娠期糖尿病患者为研究对象,使用一般资料调查表、中文版智谋量表、中文版知觉压力量表、妊娠期糖尿病知识问卷进行调查,通过单因素分析、Pearson相关分析、多重线性回归分析妊娠期糖尿病患者智谋水平的影响因素。结果妊娠期糖尿病患者智谋总分为(96.52±9.39)分;多重线性回归分析显示,文化程度、治疗方式、孕次、获取知识途径、知觉压力水平、妊娠期糖尿病知识掌握程度是妊娠期糖尿病患者智谋水平的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者智谋处于中等水平,受文化程度、孕次、获取知识途径、治疗方式、妊娠期糖尿病知识掌握程度、知觉压力影响。
Objective To investigate the resourcefulness level of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)and analyze its influencing factors.Method Choose 242 patients with GDM by convenient sampling and investigate them by general information questionnaire,Resourcefulness Scale(RS),Perceived Stress Scale(PSS)and questionnaire on GDM knowledge.Analyze the influencing factors of resourcefulness level of patients with GDM by single factor analysis,Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear regression.Result The total score on resourcefulness is(96.52±9.39)for patients with GDM.Multiple linear regression analysis shows that education level,treatment,times of pregnancy,pathway of knowledge acquirement,perceived stress level and mastery degree of GDM-related knowledge are influencing factors of resourcefulness level for patients with GDM(P<0.05).Conclusion Resourcefulness of patients with GDM is in medium level,which is influenced by education level,times of pregnancy,pathway of knowledge acquirement,treatment,mastery degree of GDM-related knowledge and perceived stress.
