摘要
采煤机是煤矿综采工作面生产过程中的重要设备,其截割滚筒调高千斤顶是否能稳定可靠工作关系到煤矿的安全稳定生产。本文针对煤矿现场采煤机调高千斤顶出现的开裂失效,利用化学成份、力学特性、微观组织分析对调高千斤顶的失效机理进行系统分析,并从焊接工艺及焊后处理等方面提出了有针对性的预防措施。
The Shearer is considered as one of the most important equipment on the coal face,any failure of the height adjusted jack in the shearer may impact the safety of the coal mine production.This paper adopt chemical composition method,mechanical properties and microstructure testing to analysis the cracking failure mechanism of the large diameter jack used in coalmine,and puts forward the corresponding preventive measures from the aspect of welding technology and post-weld treatment.
