摘要
我国公共管理教育起步较晚,面对国内外的复杂多变的社会环境,公共管理类人才培养工作成为我国新时代高等教育改革的重点。调查发现,部分高校在公共管理类研究生培养过程中存在课程设置混乱、师资力量匮乏、就业前景黯淡等问题。新文科建设以战略性、创新性、融合性和发展性作为基本特征,为我国人文社科类的人才培养提供了新思路。为此提出了破解路径:改变教学方式,促进学科交叉融合;整合教学资源,提高师资队伍质量;倡导实践创新,建立校府合作机制,以期对我国高校公共管理类研究生的培养工作提供借鉴和参考。
Our public management education started late.Facing the complex and changeable social environment at home and abroad,the training of public management talents has become the key point of higher education reform in the new era.The survey found that there are problems such as confusion of curriculum,lack of teachers,dim employment prospects in some universities in the process of training public administration graduate students.With strategic,innovative,syncretic and developmental characteristics as its basic characteristics,the new liberal arts construction provides a new way of thinking for the cultivation of talents in humanities and social sciences in our country.To solve this problem,three ways are put forward:changing teaching methods to promote interdisciplinary integration;Integrating teaching resources and improving the quality of teaching staff;Advocating practical innovation and establishing cooperative mechanism of universities and the government in order to provide reference for the cultivation of public administration graduate students in Chinese universities.
