摘要
人才培养是多方主体协商参与共治的过程,其发展应当嵌入各个利益相关者组成的多元互动网络结构中。基于嵌入性理论构建结构性、关系性、认知性和文化性嵌入分析框架,有助于探究公共管理专业人才培养的内在发展逻辑,并针对结构、关系、认知、文化四个维度的“脱嵌”现象,提出实现“嵌入”的优化路径。
Talent training is a process of multi-subject consultation and co-governance,whose development should be embedded in the multi-interactive network structure composed of various stakeholders.Based on the embeddedness theory,constructing structural,relational,cognitive and cultural embeddedness analysis frameworks is conducive to exploring the internal development logic of public administration talent training.And optimization paths to achieve the“embeddedness”are proposed aiming at the“de-intercalation”phenomenon in the four dimensions of structure,relationship,cognition and culture.
