摘要
党的二十大报告指出,支持专精特新企业发展,推动制造业高端化、智能化、绿色化发展。因此,要加快推进新一代信息技术和制造业融合发展,推动企业数字化转型与组织效能优化,协同提升组织竞争力,把发展进步的命运牢牢掌握在自己手中。然而,当前研究尚未建立起数字化转型与组织效能之间的内在联系,缺乏从组织效能视角出发构建数字化转型的整合型研究框架。遵循“刺激-反应”原理,立足组织效能视角,从资源、角色、治理和生态4个角度剖析数字化转型可知:在资源层面探究数据资源带来的技术颠覆性、软硬件的升级以及打破数据壁垒;在角色层面分析如何减弱员工对于数字化转型的排斥并设立首席数据官推动数字化转型;在治理层面研究关注网络组织、去中心化与自治组织;在生态层面关注跨生态系统的组织协同共创。本文研究为企业通过组织效能重构、优化与提升以实现数字化转型提供实践启示。
The report of the 20National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that it will support the development of specialized and special new enterprises and promote the high-end, intelligent and green development of the manufacturing industry. Enterprises should accelerate the integrated development of a new generation of information technology and manufacturing, promote digital transformation and organizational efficiency optimization, collaborate to enhance organizational competitiveness, and firmly grasp the fate of development and progress in their own hands. However, the current research has not yet established the intrinsic link between digital transformation and organizational efficiency, and lacks an integrated research framework for building digital transformation from the perspective of organizational efficiency.Following the principle of "stimulus-response", based on the perspective of organizational efficiency, the digital transformation is analyzed from the four perspectives of resources, role, governance and ecology: explore the technology subversion, upgrading of software and hardware and breaking down data barriers brought by data resources at the resource level;analyze how to reduce employees’ rejection of the digital transformation and set up a chief data officer to promote the digital transformation at the role level;focus on network organizations, decentralization and autonomous organizations in terms of governance level;pay attention to organizational co-creation across ecosystems at the ecological level. This paper provides practical enlightenment for enterprises to realize digital transformation through the reconstruction, optimization and promotion of organizational efficiency.
