摘要
近期,全国疫情呈多点散发、局部暴发态势,多地实施静态管理以遏制疫情蔓延。静态管理期间,充分及时高效的后勤服务是非定点医院平稳运营的根本保障。基于上海静态管理期间某三甲医院的后勤管理工作实践,分析静态管理下非定点医院后勤工作特点,总结提炼出“1-3-7”后勤管理体系,并提出思考与建议,为各医院在静态管理下做好后勤管理工作提供有益参考。
Recently,the development trend of the epidemic has been sporadic in multiple regions and explosive in several areas,static management has been implemented in many cities to curb the spread of the epidemic.During the static management period,sufficient,timely,and efficient logistics services are the fundamental guarantee for the smooth operation of the non-designated hospitals.Based on the practice of logistics management in a non-designated tertiary hospital in Shanghai,it analyzes the characteristics of logistics in non-designated hospitals under static management,summarizes and refines a“1-3-7”logistics management system,and puts forward thoughts and suggestions,to provide beneficial references for hospitals to deliver successful logistics services under static management.
