摘要
推动校园篮球高质量发展是深入贯彻落实“体教融合”与“双减”政策的重要举措。基于复杂适应系统理论视角,从结构模式与运行机制维度深入剖析我国校园篮球复杂适应系统,在此基础上系统梳理我国校园篮球系统的演化历程,并进一步提出系统的调控路径。研究认为:1)我国校园篮球系统的发展契合复杂适应系统的特征,与复杂适应系统理论具有较高的适切性;2)校园篮球系统由政策制度、社会环境、学校环境和多元主体4个子系统构成,系统的运行与优化取决于各子系统的协同配合机制、信息反馈机制与能动性激发机制;3)在内部结构与多元主体的变化下,校园篮球系统历经艰难起步、曲折前进、改革探索和深化完善4个阶段,主体间及主体与环境间的交互作用是系统演化的主导力量,子系统的交互耦合是系统演化的主要模式;4)校园篮球系统应沿着结构调控、功能调控、要素调控和状态调控的路径展开,要从增强多元主体的“自适应”能力、重视主体间“非线性”的相互作用、提高主体间“流”的畅通性和建立引领性强的“标识”等方面对系统进行调控。
Promoting the high-quality development of campus basketball is an important measure to thoroughly implement the policy of“integration of sports and education”and“double reduction”.Based on the perspective of complex adaptive system theory,this paper deeply analyzes the complex adaptive system of campus basketball in China from the dimensions of structure mode and operation mechanism.On this basis,it systematically combs the evolution process of campus basketball system in China,and further puts forward the regulation path of the system.The research shows that:1)the development of campus basketball system in China is in line with the characteristics of complex adaptive system and has high relevance with the theory of complex adaptive system;2)The campus basketball system is composed of four subsystems:policy system,social environment,school environment and multiple subjects.The operation and optimization of the system depend on the coordination mechanism,information feedback mechanism and initiative stimulation mechanism of each subsystem;3)Under the changes of internal structure and multiple subjects,the campus basketball system has gone through four stages:difficult start,tortuous progress,reform and exploration,and deepening and perfecting.The interaction between subjects and between subjects and environment is the leading force of system evolution,and the interaction coupling of subsystems is the main mode of system evolution;4)The campus basketball system should follow the path of structure regulation,function regulation,element regulation and state regulation.It should regulate the system from the aspects of enhancing the“self-adaptive”ability of multiple subjects,paying attention to the“non-linear”interaction between subjects,improving the smoothness of“flow”between subjects and establishing a leading“logo”.
