摘要
水轮机导水机构安装常规是采取先预装,再正式安装工艺。导水机构不预装施工工艺就是省去导水机构预装步骤而直接安装,安装难度大,需制造厂与施工方紧密配合;但对减少设备装拆次数、节约了施工工期和成本是显而易见。对导水机构不预装工艺施工方法和步骤进行了详细论述,并对施工中的关键工序给出意见和建议以及注意事项。
Installation of turbine distributor is usually carried out by pre-installation before formal installation.The construction technology of distributor without pre-installation omits the pre-installation step of distributor and is directly installed.This method is difficult to install and requires close cooperation between the manufacturer and the constructor.However,it is obvious to reduce the number of installations and dismantles of equipment,save construction time and cost.In this paper,the construction method and procedure of distributor without preinstallation process are discussed in detail,and the opinions,suggestions and precautions for key procedures in construction are given.
