摘要
阿海水电站5台机组均采用外径10.004 m、高2 633.5 mm的圆筒阀作为水轮机主阀,其预装质量直接影响机组的安全稳定运行。着重介绍了从圆筒阀焊接到圆筒阀与接力器预装、上下密封安装的全过程及工艺控制。阿海水电站圆筒阀预装只进行了一次圆筒阀与顶盖整体吊入机坑,预装质量良好。
All of the five turbines in Ahai Hydropower Station use cylinder valve as its main valve, in which, the external diameter of cylinder valve is 10.004 m and the height is 2 633.5 ram. The pre-installation quality of cylinder valve has serious impact on the safe and stable operation of unit. The whole pre-installation procedure and process control of cylinder valve, from the welding of valve body to the pre-installation of valve body and servomotor and the installation of upper and lower seal, are introduced herein. During the pre-installation of cylinder valve in Ahai Hydropower Station, the combination of cylinder valve and head cover only hangs into the pit once time, which shows that the pre-installation quality is good.
