摘要
在梳理相关文献的基础上,根据“场论”构建了导师领导力对硕士研究生学业幸福感的影响机制模型。基于对1036份问卷的定量分析,得出以下结论:第一,导师领导力对硕士研究生学业幸福感具有显著正向预测作用;第二,导师领导力对硕士研究生心理资本具有显著正向影响;第三,硕士研究生心理资本在导师领导力与研究生学业幸福感的关系中起部分中介作用;第四,成就动机在导师领导力对研究生心理资本的关系中起正向调节作用。基于上述研究结论,从高校、导师和研究生三个视角提出提升研究生学业幸福感的对策建议。
Based on the literature review and“field theory”,a mechanism model of the influence of tutor leadership on postgraduates’academic well-being is constructed.After making quantitative analysis of 1036 questionnaires,the following conclusions are drawn:Firstly,tutor leadership has a significantly positive predictive effect on postgraduates’academic well-being.Secondly,tutor leadership has a significantly positive impact on postgraduates’psychological capital.Thirdly,psychological capital plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between tutor leadership and postgraduates’academic well-being.Fourthly,achievement motivation positively moderates the relationship between tutor leadership and postgraduates’psychological capital.Based on the above conclusions,suggestions for improving postgraduates’academic well-being are put forward from the perspectives of universities,tutors and postgraduates.
