摘要
目的:观察健脑胶囊联合脑蛋白水解物注射液治疗老年痴呆的效果。方法:75例按随机数字表法分为对照组37例和试验组38例。两组均给予脑蛋白水解物注射液静脉滴注,试验组加用健脑胶囊治疗。结果:试验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后MMSE及ADL评分均升高且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05),血清IL-6、IL-1β水平均降低且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的不良反应低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健脑胶囊联合脑蛋白水解物注射液治疗老年痴呆能提高患者日常生活能力,提高治疗效果,且安全。
Objective:To observe the effect of Jiannao Capsule combined with Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate Injection in the treatment of senile dementia.Methods:Seventy-five cases were randomly divided into control group(37 cases)and experimental group(38 cases).Both groups were given intravenous drip of Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate Injection,and the experimental group were additionally treated with Jiannao Capsule.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the MMSE and ADL scores of the two groups increased and those of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum IL-6 and IL-1βdecreased and those of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiannao Capsule combined with Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate Injection could improve the daily living ability of patients and improve the therapeutic effect in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease,with safe.
