摘要
胡万魁为近代辽宁名医,著述《古方今病》一书,后世医者广为推崇,互相传抄。胡万魁守仲景之法,从“饮”论治癫痫,认为肝气郁结,疏泄失常,横犯脾胃,脾失健运,饮邪内停,引动经络是癫痫发病的主要原因;采百家之长,创新小青龙汤剂型发挥,改汤为散,师古不泥,古为今用,治疗癫痫颇有心得。该文管窥胡老运用小青龙散治疗癫痫理论经验,以期为胡万魁学术思想研究和经验传承略尽绵薄之力,为临床医者治疗癫痫疾病开拓新的思路。
HU Wankui was a famous doctor in Liaoning province in modern times.He wrote a book called Modern Disease in Ancient Prescription,which was widely respected and transcribed by doctors of the later world.HU Wankui followed ZHANG Zhongjing’s method and discussed the treatment of epilepsy from the perspective of“fluid-retention”.He thought that the main causes of epilepsy were liver Qi stagnation,failure of liver Qi to flow freely invading the spleen and stomach,spleen loss of health and internal stop of phlegm and fluid-retention.HU Wankui innovated Xiaoqinglong Decoction(小青龙汤)dosage form,assisted by absorbing widely and changed the decoction to powder,the treatment of epilepsy curative effect is quite good.This paper discusses HU’s theoretical experience in treating epilepsy with Xiaoqinglong Powder(小青龙散),in order to make a contribution to HU Wankui’s academic thought research and experience inheritance,and to open up new ideas for clinicians to treat epilepsy.
