摘要
乳腺增生作为女性最常见的疾病,具有一定的癌变风险,目前治疗乳腺增生的药物剂型种类繁多,相应的药理及临床研究深入程度不尽相同。文章对近年来乳腺增生治疗药物的剂型研究情况进行归纳和总结,同时展望了该制剂的发展前景,以期为后续乳腺增生治疗药物的剂型开发提供参考,为我国的中药现代化发展提供新思路和新方法。
Hyperplasia of mammary glands,as the most common disease in women,has a certain risk of canceration.Nowadays,there are many kinds of drug dosage forms for the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands,and the corresponding pharmacological and clinical research depth are not the same.In this paper,the research situation of dosage forms of drugs for treating hyperplasia of mammary glands in recent years was summarized,and the development prospect of the preparations was looked ahead,so as to provide reference for the development of dosage forms of drugs for treating hyperplasia of mammary glands in the future,and to provide new ideas and new methods for the modernization of Chinese traditional medicine in our country.
