摘要
智慧能源作为我国能源改革重要方向之一,助力社会绿色可持续发展。国家及地方政府在智慧能源综合服务方面已出台系列激励政策,推进智慧能源业务发展。调研发现:随着信息通信装置应用、互联网技术推广,建设智慧能源系统成为未来能源发展趋势。将智慧能源系统构建规划为培育、发展、成熟三阶段,实现智慧能源系统商业模式的定位、改良、创新与提升。基于此,本文以未来医院建设智慧能源系统为例,分析医院型智慧能源综合服务业务现状,发现亟需升级典型供能商业模式,实现医院型智慧能源综合服务安全与经济效益均衡;探究医院型智慧能源综合服务的业务定位与市场竞争,评估BOT、PPP、租赁等带资商业模式、EMC商业模式、DBRO商业模式等医院型智慧能源综合服务商业模式;设计商业模式规划的具体实施步骤,以提升医院型智慧能源综合服务整体效益,降低前期投资与后期运营风险。
As one of the important directions of China’s energy reform,smart energy development adapts to "Carbon peaking,Carbon neutral" energy policy and contributes to the green and sustainable development of society.The state and local governments have issued a series of incentive policies for integrated smart energy services to improve the development of smart energy businesses.The survey found that:with the application of information communication devices and the promotion of internet technology,the construction of smart energy systems has become the future energy develop trends.Based on above,this paper takes the construction of a smart energy system in the future hospital as an example to analyze the current status of the hospital-based smart energy integrated service business.It is urgent to upgrade the typical energy supply business model to achieve a balance between the safety and economic benefits of the hospital-based smart energy comprehensive service.It is vital to explore business positioning and market competition of integrated energy services,evaluate hospital-based business models,such as BOT,PPP,leasing and other business models with capital,EMC,DBRO etc.And also it is necessary to design the specific implementation steps of business model planning,improve the overall efficiency of hospital-type smart energy integrated services and reduce the early investment and later operation risks.
