中国碳排放权交易试点的减排效应及作用机制研究 被引量:13

摘要 本文基于2000~2020年中国省际面板数据,采用多期倍分法实证探讨了碳交易的减排效应,并进一步通过构建中介效应模型、有调节的中介效应模型和有中介的调节效应模型,探究了碳交易政策的作用机制以及绿色创新强度在其中的调节作用。研究发现:碳交易政策能有效减少二氧化碳排放总量和排放强度,并存在两条作用路径,即企业在碳排放限额目标下通过减产等方式直接减排,以及通过提高能源利用效率进而带来的间接减排。同时,绿色创新强度对碳交易的减排效应有着重要影响,绿色创新强度较高的地区有着更高的间接减排效应。 Based on the inter-provincial panel data in China from 2000 to 2020,this paper empirically discusses the emission reduction effect and mechanism of carbon trading by using the multi-period DID method,and further constructs a mediation effect model,a moderated mediation effect model and a mediation effect model.The results show that carbon trading policies can effectively reduce the total amount and intensity of carbon dioxide emissions,and there are two emission reductio paths,that is,direct emission reduction through production reduction or trading carbon emission vouchers under the carbon emission quota target,and indirect emission reductions through improving energy utilization efficiency.Among them,the latter is an important way to realize the emission reduction effect of carbon trading,and the indirect emission reduction effect caused by it accounts for nearly half of the total emission reduction effect.Meanwhile,the intensity of green innovation has an important impact on the emission reduction effect of carbon trading.Areas with higher green innovation intensity have a higher indirect emission reduction effect.
