摘要
文章基于2004—2018年长江经济带106个地级市面板数据,构建基准模型、中介效应模型及门槛模型,实证检验了科技创新、产业结构升级对经济高质量发展的影响,研究结果表明,长江经济带科技创新与产业结构升级均为促进经济高质量发展的重要因素,且促进产业结构升级是科技创新提升地区经济质量的重要路径。产业结构升级对科技创新驱动经济高质量发展具有单门槛效应,随着产业结构升级水平的提高,科技创新驱动经济高质量发展的能力能得到更为充分的释放。基于研究结果,文章从加大科技创新投入,加快产业结构升级,重视科技创新与产业结构升级协调发展等角度提出促进长江经济带经济高质量发展的对策建议。
Based on the panel data of 106 prefecture level cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2004 to 2018,this paper constructs a benchmark model,a mediation effect model and a threshold model,and empirically tests the impact of scientific and technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading on high-quality economic development.The research results show that both scientific and technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading in the Yangtze River Economic Belt are important factors to promote high-quality economic development.And promoting the upgrading of industrial structure is an important path for scientific and technological innovation to improve regional economic quality.The upgrading of industrial structure has a single threshold effect on scientific and technological innovation boosting high-quality economic development.With the improvement of industrial structure upgrading,the ability of scientific and technological innovation to drive high-quality economic development can be more fully released.Based on the research results,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the high-quality economic development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt from the perspectives of increasing investment in scientific and technological innovation,accelerating industrial structure upgrading,and paying attention to the coordinated development of scientific and technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading.
