基于漏电流频域特性的变频电机对地绝缘在线监测方法 被引量:7

摘要 随着变频电机系统广泛应用于工业领域,在电机控制性能显著提高的同时,电机系统的可靠性问题愈发突出。为了保证变频电机系统的可靠运行,需要实时在线监测变频电机对地绝缘状态。通过分析变频电机漏电流的产生机理和流通路径,提出了漏电流的频域数学模型,分析了漏电流频域特性及其演变规律,漏电流谐波分量随绝缘电阻减小和绝缘电容增大而增大。进而提出一种基于漏电流频域特性的变频电机对地绝缘状态在线监测方法,实现绝缘电阻和绝缘电容的解耦评估,并且提出的监测方法不受绝缘退化位置影响。实验测试结果与理论分析结果一致,验证了所提出方法的有效性。 With the wide application of inverter-fed motor systems in industrial fields,the motor control performance is significantly improved,but the reliability problems of inverter-fed motor systems are becoming more and more prominent.It is necessary to monitor the groundwall insulation status online to guarantee the reliable operation of inverter-fed motor system.The generating mechanism and flowing path of leakage current in inverter-fed motors were analyzed and a frequency-domain mathematical model of leakage current was proposed.The frequency domain characteristics of leakage current and its development trend were analyzed using the proposed mathematical model,and the harmonic components of leakage current increase with insulation resistance decreasing and insulation capacitance increasing.Furthermore,an online monitoring method for groundwall insulation status of inverter-fed motor was proposed based on the frequency domain characteristics of leakage current,which realizes the decoupling evaluation of insulation resistance and insulation capacitance,and the insulation degradation position does not affect the monitoring of groundwall insulation state.The experimental test results are consistent with the theoretical analysis,which verifies effectiveness of proposed method.
