自主行走输电线路铣削除冰装置可靠性分析 被引量:1

摘要 由于输电线路除冰装置工作环境恶劣,所以其零部件容易受损失效,因此对其零部件进行可靠性分析很有必要。介绍了输电线路除冰装置的结构和功能以及各部分、各模块的工作方式;建立除冰装置FMECA模型和故障树,利用FMECA分析方法对除冰装置进行分析,通过故障树的定性和定量分析,得到故障树底事件的相对概率重要度,从而确定关键零部件及其故障模式。建立输电线路除冰装置的可靠性数学模型及可靠性框图,计算得到系统基本可靠度;对除冰装置各部件进行可靠性分析,得出哪些部件易受损,最后给出维修和改进意见,为提高输电线路除冰装置可靠性提供依据。 Due to the harsh working environment of the power transmission cable deicing device,its parts are prone to damage and failure.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct reliability analysis of its various parts.First,the structure and function of the power transmission cable deicing device are introduced and analyzed,and the working methods of various parts and different modules of the power transmission cable deicing device are described.Establish the FMECA model and fault tree of the transmission cable deicing device,use the FMECA analysis method to analyze the cable deicing device,and then through the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the fault tree,obtain the relative probability importance of the bottom event of the fault tree,and then determine key components and their failure modes.Establish the reliability mathematical model and reliability block diagram of the transmission cable deicing device,and calculate the basic feasibility of the transmission cable deicing device system.Reliability analysis of the various components of the transmission cable deicing device is carried out,so as to find which components of the transmission cable deicing device are vulnerable to damage,and finally suggestions for maintenance and improvement are given to provide a basis for improving the reliability of the transmission cable deicing device.
