摘要
文章综述了糖尿病周围神经病变的定义、西医对其认识、中医病因病机、治则治法、辨证分型、实验研究概况,应用中药复方内治法在抑制炎症反应、抑制氧化应激、纠正代谢紊乱、改善微循环、抑制胶质细胞激活以及中药复方外治法治疗该病等方面的相关机制研究文献进行归纳与总结,希望为今后临床应用中药复方内、外治法治疗及研究糖尿病周围神经病变提供理论依据和新思路。
This article reviews the definition of diabetes peripheral neuropathy,its understanding of modern medicine,etiology and pathogenesis,traditional Chinese medicine treatment,dialectical classification and experimental research.The research literatures on the related mechanisms of the application of traditional Chinese medicine compound internal treatment in inhibiting inflammatory response,inhibiting oxidative stress,correcting metabolic disorders,improving microcirculation,inhibiting glial cell activation,and traditional Chinese medicine compound external treatment of the disease were summarized.It is hoped to provide theoretical basis and new ideas for clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine compound internal and external therapy and research on diabetic peripheral neuropathy in the future.
