摘要
从发展渊源探讨“瘀”“淤”与“瘀血”“淤血”同音词词义,指出“瘀血”与“淤血”是内涵和外延完全不同的两个同音词,中医学中“瘀血”与西医学中“淤血”含义不同,因此在中医学文献中应该规范使用。
The homonyms of“瘀血(blood stasis)”and“淤血(congestion)”“瘀(stagnating)”and“淤(congesting)”were discussed from developmental origin,it is pointed out that“瘀血(blood stasis)”and“淤血(congestion)”are two homonyms with complete different connotations and extensions,the connotations of“瘀血(blood stasis)”in TCM literature are different from“淤血(congestion)”in Western medicine,hence it should be standardized in TCM literature.
