摘要
目的分析小儿生血糖浆+蛋白琥珀酸铁口服溶液治疗小儿缺铁性贫血的效果。方法选取2020年5月至2021年5月收治的80例小儿缺铁性贫血患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(40例,蛋白琥珀酸铁口服溶液)和研究组(40例,小儿生血糖浆+蛋白琥珀酸铁口服溶液)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗2个月后,研究组的红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血清铁蛋白(SF)、血清铁(SI)水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2个月后,研究组的白细胞介素-2(IL-2)水平高于对照组,白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿生血糖浆+蛋白琥珀酸铁口服溶液治疗小儿缺铁性贫血的效果显著,可调节铁代谢及血常规指标,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of Xiao’er Shengxue syrup+iron proteinsuccinylate oral solution in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia in children.Methods A total of 80 children with iron deficiency anemia admitted from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the children were divided into control group(40 cases,iron proteinsuccinylate oral solution)and study group(40 cases,Xiao’er Shengxue syrup+iron proteinsuccinylate oral solution).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 months of treatment,the levels of red blood cell count(RBC),hemoglobin(Hb),serum ferritin(SF)and serum iron(SI)in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2months of treatment,the level of interleukin-2(IL-2)in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-10(IL-10)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiao’er Shengxue syrup+iron proteinsuccinylate oral solution in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia in children has a significant effect,it can regulate iron metabolism and blood routine indicators,which is worthy of promotion.
