摘要
随着社会经济的发展,基础设施建设也取得了长足进步,铁路建设正按照国家规划有序推进。随着对运营条件要求的不断提高,施工质量要求也随之提高。西南地区地处山区,铁路建设隧道占比较大。针对铁路隧道长期运营出现的突出问题,二衬施工质量受到极大关注。本文结合玉磨铗路隧道施工,对隧道二衬施工出现的混凝土厚度不足、背后脱空、混凝土不密实等问题进行深入探讨与分析,并根据缺陷形成机理进行防控措施研究,以期为今后同类项目提供参考。
With the development of economy and society,infrastructure on construction has made great progress and the railway construction is advancing orderly according to the national plan.With the continuous improvement of the requirements for operation conditions,the requirements for construction quality also continues to be improved.South-West of China,is located in the mountainous area and the proportion of railway construction tunnels are large.According to the prominent problems in the long-term operation of the railway tunnel,the construction quality of the secondary lining has received great attention.With the construction of Yumo railway tunnel,this paper discussed and analyzed the causes of problems in the construction of the second lining of the tunnel,such as the lack of concrete thickness,the hollowing behind the second lining and the lack of compactness of the concrete.Moreover,it studied the prevention and control measures on the basis of the defect formation mechanism,hoping to provide a reference for the similar projects in the near future.
