摘要
目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清肿瘤标志物糖类抗原19-9(CA19-9)、癌胚抗原(CEA)质量浓度与糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血糖、C肽、脂类等因素之间的相关性。方法收集150例确诊为T2DM患者和150例在本院行健康体检的健康人的相关资料,分别纳入研究组和对照组,在征得所有受检者同意的前提下测定其CA19-9、CEA、HbA1c、空腹和餐后2 h血糖(FBG、2hPG)、空腹和餐后2 h C肽(C_(0)、C_(2))、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度和低密度脂蛋白(HDL-C、LDL-C)水平,采用Pearson相关检验分析CA19-9、CEA质量浓度与其余指标间的相关性。结果研究组CA19-9、CEA、TG、TC、LDL-C、HbA1c、FBG和2hPG水平均高于对照组,C_(0)、C_(2)和HDL-C水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。经相关性分析:CEA与C_(0)、C_(2)呈负相关性(P<0.05),与HbA1c、FBG和2hPG呈正相关性(P<0.05);而CA19-9仅与HbA1c和FBG呈正相关性(P<0.05)。结论T2DM患者CA19-9和CEA质量浓度明显高于正常浓度,且二者的水平高低与HbA1c、血糖和C肽水平之间有着密切的联系。
Objective To discuss the correlations of serum tumor markers carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9)and CEA(carcino-embryonic antigen)concentrations with hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c),blood glucose,C peptide and blood lipid for type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)patients.Methods General data about 150 T2DM patients and 150 healthy checkups was obtained.Research subjects were set as study group and control group,respectively.Group contrast results were measured,including CA19-9,CEA,HbA1c,fasting blood glucose(FBG),2-hour postprandial plasma glucose(2hPG),fasting C peptide(C_(0))and C_(2)(2-hour postprandial C peptide),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C)and low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C)levels.Pearson correlation coefficient was used to analyze the correlation of CA19-9 and CEA concentrations with other indicators.Results CA19-9,CEA,TG,TC,LDL-C,HbA1c,FBG and 2hPG levels in the study group were higher than control group.C_(0),C_(2) and HDL-C levels in the study group were lower than control group(P<0.05).CEA was negatively correlated with C_(0) and C_(2)(P<0.05).There were positive correlations with HbA1c,FBG and 2hPG(P<0.05).CA19-9 just had positive correlations with HbA1c and FBG(P<0.05).Conclusion CA19-9 and CEA concentrations in T2DM patients are significantly higher than healthy people.Besides,CA19-9 and CEA concentrations are closely correlated with HbA1c,blood glucose and C peptide levels for T2DM patients.
