摘要
目的探讨早期开展血管介入栓塞术在颅内动脉瘤患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性选取2020年4月至2021年6月华南理工大学附属第六医院收治的35例延期行血管介入栓塞术(发病至手术时间>72 h)的颅内动脉瘤患者的病历资料纳入A组,回顾性选取同期华南理工大学附属第六医院收治的35例早期行血管介入栓塞术(发病至手术时间≤72 h)的颅内动脉瘤患者的病历资料纳入B组,比较两组患者的神经功能恢复情况、日常生活活动能力及预后。结果治疗结束1周时,B组神经功能恢复情况优于A组,日常生活活动能力(Barthel指数)高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组格拉斯哥预后评分(GOS)评分高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期血管介入栓塞术利于促进颅内动脉瘤患者神经功能恢复,增强日常生活活动能力,促进患者良性预后。
Objective To explore the application effect of early interventional embolization in patients with intracranial aneurysms.Methods A total of 35 medical records of patients with intracranial aneurysms undergoing delayed vascular interventional embolization in the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of South China University of Technology from April 2020 to June 2021(the time from onset to operation>72 h)were retrospectively analyzed and included in group A.A total of 35 medical records of patients with intracranial aneurysms undergoing early vascular interventional embolization in the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of South China University of Technology(the time from onset to operation≤72 h)during the same period were retrospectively analyzed and included in group B.The neurological recovery,daily living activity and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results At the end of one week of treatment,the recovery of neurological function in group B was better than that in group A,and the activity of daily living(Barthel index)was higher than that in group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Glasgow outcome scale(GOS)score in group B was higher than that in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early vascular interventional embolization can promote the recovery of neurological function,enhance activities of daily living and promote the benign prognosis of patients with intracranial aneurysms.
