摘要
乡村振兴战略背景下,加强乡村旅游人才队伍建设,培养适应行业发展需求的乡村旅游人才,是实现旅游高质量发展的基础保障。高校是培养乡村旅游人才的重要平台,分析市场对旅游人才的需求以及辽宁地方高校在产教融合人才培养中存在的问题,以鞍山师范学院旅游专业为例,提出“一二三四五”模式,即“一核、两翼、三线、四驱、五位一体”模式的发展路径。立足实际设置相关课程、优化教育教学模式,更好地实现乡村振兴战略。
The General Offices of the CPC Central Committee and The State Council recently issued opinions on accelerating the revitalization of Rural talent,which proposed strengthening the construction of rural tourism talent team,pointing out the direction for building tourism talent team.To carry out this major strategic goal,the supply of a large number of talents is the basic guarantee.Colleges and universities are an important platform for training rural tourism talents.This paper analyzes the market demand for tourism talents and the problems of local universities in Liaoning Province in the cultivation of talents integrating industry and education,and proposes the mode of“one,two,three,four and five”,namely,the development path of one core,two wings,three lines,four drives and five integrated modes,taking the tourism major of Anshan Normal University as an example to set up relevant courses based on actual conditions,optimize education and teaching models,and better realize the rural revitalization strategy.
