摘要
随着我国旅游业的迅速发展,对于旅游管理人才的需求不断提高。"综合素质、应用能力、创新能力"是社会对旅游管理人才提出的要求,也是旅游管理专业人才培养的核心。文章阐述了高等农林院校旅游管理专业的发展现状,分析了目前存在的问题,提出旅游管理应用创新型人才的培养是一个系统工程,它需要科学定位人才培养目标、精心设计人才培养方案、注重理论教学与实践教学的协调、加强师资队伍建设、设计科学合理的考评体系以及构建创新平台等。
With the rapid development of China＇s tourism industry,more and more applied and creative talents are needed.＂Comprehensive competence,applied ability,creative ability＂ are the cores of the cultivation of talents.The situation of tourism management in higher agriculture and forestry college and the current problems are elaborated in this paper.It is believeathat the cultivation of applied and creative talents is a systematic engineering,including scientifically orientating talents training objectives,well designing training programs,strengthening the teaching staff,designing a scientific and rational appraisal system,as well as building innovation platform,etc.
