摘要
在地铁隧道施工中,盾构机进出洞会对洞口土体造成扰动,因此必须要采取土体改良加固技术保证洞口土体稳定。首先介绍了钢板桩封门、SMW封门、地下连续墙封门和型钢组合封门4种常见的盾构进出洞封门形式。其次概述了注浆加固、深层搅拌桩加固等常用的洞口土体改良加固技术,并对施工要点展开了简要分析。最后结合某工程实例,对地铁盾构进出洞封门技术与土体改良加固技术的应用效果展开了分析。实践表明,洞口土体加固后两侧抗压强度为1.1 MPa,渗透系数小于1×10-8cm/s,达到了理想的加固和防渗效果。
In the construction of subway tunnels,the entry and exit of the shield machine will cause disturbance to the soil at the entrance.Therefore,soil improvement and reinforcement technology must be adopted to ensure the stability of the soil at the entrance.This paper firstly introduces four common forms of shield entrance and exit door sealing,such as steel sheet pile sealing,SMW sealing,underground diaphragm wall sealing and profile steel composite sealing.and a brief analysis of the construction points.Finally,combined with an engineering example,the application effect of the technology of sealing the entrance and exit of the subway shield tunnel and the technology of soil improvement and reinforcement is analyzed.Practice shows that the compressive strength on both sides of the soil at the entrance is 1.1 MPa after reinforcement,and the permeability coefficient is less than 1×10-8cm/s,which achieves the ideal reinforcement and anti-seepage effect.
