摘要
采用实验室加速全浸、间浸腐蚀试验方法模拟了高锰钢在海水中的腐蚀行为,并对相同材料进行了实海环境暴露试验。采用宏观观察、扫描电镜分析,X射线衍射分析及金相检验等方法,对实海环境暴露试验与实验室加速腐蚀试验结果进行了对比分析。结果表明:试样分别经实验室加速腐蚀和实海环境暴露后,均表现为全面腐蚀+局部点腐蚀形貌;实验室加速腐蚀试验可代替实海环境暴露试验。可采用降低试验温度和氯离子浓度的方法,来提高实验室加速腐蚀试验与实海环境暴露试验数据在腐蚀速率和局部腐蚀深度方面的相关性。
The corrosion behavior of high manganese steel in seawater was simulated by laboratory accelerated continuous immersion and alternate immersion corrosion test methods,and the marine environmental exposure test was conducted on the same material.The results of marine environmental exposure test and laboratory accelerated corrosion test were compared by macroscopic observation,scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction analysis and metallographic examination.The results show that after accelerated corrosion in the laboratory and exposure to the marine environment,the samples all showed a comprehensive corrosion+local point corrosion morphology.Laboratory accelerated corrosion test could replace the marine environmental exposure test.Correlation between laboratory accelerated corrosion test and marine environmental exposure test data in terms of corrosion rate and local corrosion depth could be improved by reducing test temperature and chloride concentration.
