铝合金深海腐蚀的研究现状及发展趋势 被引量:17

Current Status and Development Trend of Study on Corrosion of Aluminum Alloy in Deep Sea

摘要 综述了在深海环境下溶解氧、温度、pH值、盐度、压力、流速、生物等各项因素对铝及铝合金材料的腐蚀影响,总结了铝合金腐蚀特征及规律,介绍了深海环境下铝合金腐蚀防护的几种方法。简要概述了当前铝合金的实海暴露方法及实验室模拟加速腐蚀的研究现状,并对今后铝合金在深海方面的腐蚀研究提出了展望。 The effects of various factors affecting corrosion of aluminum alloy in deep sea environment,including dissolved oxygen content,temperature,pH,CO2content,salinity,hydrostatic pressure,flow velocity as well as microbial environment are reviewed. The corrosion characteristics and rules of aluminum alloy are summarized,and several methods for preventing corrosion of aluminum alloy in deep sea environment are introduced. In the meantime,current exposure methods of aluminum alloy in the real sea and the laboratory simulated accelerated corrosion tests are briefed.Moreover,the development trend of the study on corrosion of aluminum alloy in deep sea environment is prospected.
