摘要
目的利用一测多评法同时测定蒙药吉如合-6中鞣花酸、肉桂酸、丁香酚、木香烃内酯、去氢木香内酯、去氢二异丁香酚等6种成分的含量,并验证该方法在蒙药吉如合-6质量控制研究中的可行性与科学性。方法采用一测多评法;供试品采用75%甲醇回流提取;以丁香酚为内标物,测定其他5种成分相对校正因子(ƒk/m);采用一测多评法与外标法进行含量计算、比对。结果所测定的鞣花酸、肉桂酸、丁香酚、木香烃内酯、去氢木香内酯、去氢二异丁香酚等6种成分分别在其各自范围内有良好的线性关系(即r>0.9999),平均加样回收率为94.80%~98.85%,RSD<2.0%,外标法与一测多评法所测得结果之间相对误差<2%。结论一测多评法操作简便、准确可行、重复性好,可用于蒙药吉如合-6的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To determine the ellagic acid,cinnamic acid,eugenol,costunolide,dehydrocostus lactone and dehydrodiisoeugenol in Mongolian medicine Jiruhe-6 by quantitative analysis multi-components by single marker(QAMS).And to verify the feasibility and scientificity of this method in the quality control study of Mongolian medicine Jiruhe-6.METHODS QAMS method was used.The test sample was extracted with 75%methanol under reflux.Relative calibration factors(ƒk/m)of other 5 components were determined with eugenol as internal standard substance.QAMS and external standard method were used for content calculation and comparison.RESULTS There was a good linear relationship between ellagic acid,cinnamic acid,eugenol,costunolide,dehydrocostus lactone and dehydrodiisoeugenol in their respective ranges(r>0.9999).The average recovery was 94.80%−98.85%,RSD<2.0%.The relative error between external standard method and QAMS was<2%.CONCLUSION QAMS method is simple,accurate,feasible and reproducible.It can be used for the quality standard control of Mongolian medicine Jiruhe-6.
