摘要
目的:研究核桃青皮中的化学成分。方法:采用甲醇回流提取核桃青皮,经硅胶柱色谱、反相ODS柱色谱以及Sephadex LH-20柱色谱技术进行分离纯化,并结合理化性质与波谱数据对化合物结构进行鉴定。结果:从核桃青皮中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为:(3S,5S)-1-(4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯基)-7-(4-羟基苯基)庚烷-3,5-二醇(1)、(2S,3S,5S)-2,3,5-三羟基-1,7-双(4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯基)庚烷(2)、juglaside A(3)、rhoiptelol B(4)、5-羟基-7-(4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯基)-1-(4-羟基苯基)-3-庚酮(5)、(R)-4-[5-羟基-7-(4-羟基苯基)庚基]-2-甲氧基苯酚(6)、(2S,3S,5S)-2,3-二羟基-5-O-β-D-吡喃木糖基-7-(4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯基)-1-(4-羟基苯基)庚烷(7)、juglanol A-5-O-β-D-xylopyranoside(8)、(-)-threo-3′,4″-环氧-1-(4-羟基苯基)-7-(3-甲氧基苯基)庚烷-2,3-二醇(9)、tsaokoarylone(10)、(3S,7S)-3,7-二羟基-1-(4-羟基)-7-(3-甲氧基-4-羟基)二芳基庚烷(11)。结论:以上二芳基庚烷类化合物均为首次从核桃青皮中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the immature epicarp of Juglans mandshurica.Methods:The immature epicarp of Juglans mandshurica was extracted by methanol reflux,isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography,reversed phase ODS column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography.The structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data analysis.Results:Eleven compounds were isolated from the immature epicarp of Juglans mandshurica and identified as(3S,5S)-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-7-(4-hydroxyphenyl)heptane-3,5-diol(1),(2S,3S,5S)-2,3,5-trihydroxy-1,7-bis(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)heptane(2),juglaside A(3),rhoiptelol B(4),5-hydroxy-7-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-1-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-3-heptanone(5),(R)-4-[5-hydroxy-7-(4-hydroxyphenyl)heptyl]-2-methoxyphenol(6),(2S,3S,5S)-2,3-dihydroxy-5-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-7-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-1-(4-hydroxyphenyl)heptane(7),juglanol A-5-O-β-D-xylopyranoside(8),(-)-threo-3′,4″-epoxy-1-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-7-(3-methoxyphenyl)heptan-2,3-diol(9),tsaokoarylone(10),(3S,7S)-3,7-dihydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy)-7-(3-methoxy-4-hydroxy)diarylheptanoids(11),respectively.Conclusion:All diarylheptanoids compounds are isolated from immature epicarp of Juglans mandshurica for the first time.
