摘要
EPC总承包是全球通用的工程项目承包模式,但该模式提高了总承包方成本控制难度。限额设计具有贯穿工程设计全过程、各相关方参与度高的特点,已应用于项目管理中。本文对限额设计在EPC项目中的作用、应用及效果进行了研究。通过实际工程案例剖析了限额设计在EPC项目管理中施工图设计阶段的实际运用情况,阐述了限额设计在EPC项目中应用的基本思路、方法和措施,并从案例中总结得到EPC项目管理的要点。本文可为EPC项目中限额设计方法的使用提供参考。
EPC is an universal engineering project contracting mode.But EPC mode increases the difficulty of cost control of general contractors.The quota design has the characteristics of throughout the whole process of engineering design and high participation of all relevant parties,and has been applied to project management.This paper studies the role,application and effect of quota design in EPC project.Through practical engineering case,analyzes the practical application of quota design in the design stage of construction drawing in EPC project management,summarizes the basic ideas,application methods and measures of quota design in EPC projects,and the key points of EPC project management from the case.This paper can provide reference for the use of quota design method in EPC project.
