摘要
目的:调查高频彩色多普勒超声(高频彩超)对乳腺肿瘤的鉴别价值。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年3月临沂市肿瘤医院收治的78例乳腺肿瘤患者,随机分为高频组(n=39)和普通组(n=39),前者行高频彩超检查,后者行普通超声检查,观察超声检查结果。结果:针对乳腺肿瘤进行相关检查,高频组良性检出率(64.10%)和普通组(51.28%)无显著差异(P>0.05);高频组检查符合率(97.44%)高于普通组(84.62%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高频彩超检查结果显示,良恶性肿瘤特征存在显著差异(P<0.05)。高频组乳腺肿瘤诊断中图像质量优良率100.00%显著高于普通组的82.05%(P<0.05)。高频组患者诊断满意度94.87%显著高于普通组的76.92%(P<0.05)。结论:高频彩超能准确鉴别乳腺病灶性质,把握肿瘤治疗时机,值得被重视。
Objective To investigate the differential value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound in breast tumors.Methods78 cases of breast tumor patients admitted to Linyi tumor hospital from January 2020 to March 2021 were randomly divided into high frequency group(n=39) and general group(n=39),the former received high frequency color Doppler ultrasound examination,the latter received ordinary ultrasound examination,and the results of ultrasound examination were observed.Results Relevant examinations for breast tumors,there was no significant difference in the benign detection rate between the high frequency group(64.10%) and the general group(51.28%)(P>0.05);The coincidence rate of high frequency group(97.44%) was higher than that of general group(84.62%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound showed that there were significant differences in the characteristics of benign and malignant tumors(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of image quality in breast tumor diagnosis in the high frequency group was 100.00%,significantly higher than82.05% in the general group(P<0.05).The diagnostic satisfaction of patients in the high frequency group was 94.87%,significantly higher than 76.92% in the general group(P<0.05).Conclusion High frequency color Doppler ultrasound can accurately identify the nature of breast lesions and grasp the opportunity of tumor treatment,which is worthy of attention.
