摘要
食品的安全与否直接关系到人们的生命与健康安全,微生物污染是导致食品安全问题发生的重要原因。在实际的微生物检验工作中,受到各种客观原因的制约,导致其存在诸多问题,如仪器使用不规范、实验室管理不科学等,这些都严重阻碍了微生物检验水平的提高。本文从样品质量、检验方法等方面对影响检验结果的因素进行分析,并提出了解决对策。
Food safety is directly related to people’s life and health safety.Microbial pollution is an important cause of food safety problems.In the actual microbiological testing work,due to various objective reasons,there are many problems,such as nonstandard instrument use,unscientific laboratory management,which seriously hinder the improvement of microbiological testing level.This paper analyzes the factors that affect the test results from the aspects of sample quality and test methods,and puts forward solutions.
