摘要
针对军工产品盒体丝网漏印存在字符大小、位置、颜色、色泽以及批次性等不能满足图样及工艺技术要求的问题,介绍了某单位生产实际中几种常用的盒体丝网漏印方法,并对比了丝网漏印过程中各自的优缺点,设计制作了一种新型的盒体丝网漏印工装。该工装主要由定位柱、支承板、保护胶带以及丝网等组成。将该工装应用于某单位产品盒体丝网漏印的生产实际中,结果表明:该工装可适用于盒体平面及凹凸面的丝网漏印,采用该工装对盒体进行丝网漏印,能够完全满足图样及工艺技术要求,与传统丝网漏印工装方法相比,该工装具有制作简单、操作方便、重复利用率高、生产效率高以及成本低的特点,有效保证了盒体丝网漏印的一致性,提高了产品的质量,为其他产品丝网漏印提供了一定的参考。
Aimed at the problems such as character size,the location,thecolour,the lustre and batch which could not meet the requirements of the drawings and process technology for the box of military products,several commonly methods of screen printing were introduced in the practical production of a unit,and their advantages and disadvantages were contrasted during screen printing,then a new kind of screen printing tooling of box was designed.The tooling was mainly composed of the positioning column,the support plate,the protective tape and the screen,and it was applied to the production of the screen printing of box of a unit.The results showed that it could be applied to screen printing of box both plane and concave-convex surface and it could completely meet the requirements of the drawings and process technology.Compared with the traditional screen printing tooling,the tooling was simple and convenient and had high repeated utilization ratio,high efficiency and low cost by using this tooling to screen printing of box.The tooling guaranteed the consistency of screen printing of boxes and improved the quality of products.It provided the certain reference value for other products.
