摘要
目的探讨颌骨囊肿患者接受开窗置管引流联合颌骨囊肿刮治术治疗的效果及安全性。方法选取2019年3月至2021年11月在丰城市人民医院治疗的66例颌骨囊肿患者,按照随机数字表法分成观察组(n=33)和对照组(n=33),对照组接受传统颌骨囊肿刮治术治疗,观察组接受开窗置管引流联合颌骨囊肿刮治术治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、围手术期指标、囊肿变化及术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组(93.94%)治疗总有效率较对照组(75.76%)高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组术中出血量较少,手术及伤口愈合时间较短,术后疼痛评分较低(P<0.05);观察组囊肿面积缩小量、囊肿体积缩小量较对照组多(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率(30.30%)较对照组(9.09%)低(P<0.05)。结论给予颌骨囊肿患者开窗置管引流与颌骨囊肿刮治术联合治疗,可有效提高临床效果,改善围手术期指标,促进囊肿缩小,减少并发症发生,手术安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of fenestration catheter drainage combined with curettage of jaw cyst in patients with jaw cyst.Methods A total of 66 patients with jaw cyst treated in Fengcheng People’s Hospital from March 2019 to November 2021 were selected and divided into observation group(n=33)and control group(n=33)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with traditional curettage of jaw cyst,while the observation group was treated with fenestral catheter drainage combined with jaw cyst cureage.The clinical efficacy,perioperative indicators,cyst changes and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(93.94%)was higher than that of the control group(75.76%)(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had less intraoperative blood loss,shorter operation and wound healing time,and lower postoperative pain score(P<0.05).The reduction of cyst area and cyst volume in the observation group were more than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(30.30%)was lower than that in the control group(9.09%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of fenestration catheter drainage and curettage of jaw cyst in patients with jaw cyst can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,improve the perioperative indicators,promote the reduction of cyst,reduce the incidence of complications,and have high surgical safety.
