摘要
我国是蛋白质饲料资源严重匮乏的国家,蛋白质饲料资源紧缺、饲料成本高涨和氮排放污染已成为制约我国养猪业可持续发展的瓶颈问题。近年来,低蛋白氨基酸平衡日粮在养猪生产中已有较多应用且备受关注,具有重要的生产意义、显著的经济效益和生态效益。但是,低蛋白日粮容易导致猪只脂肪沉积增多,可能影响胴体性状。研究表明,当应用净能体系时,低蛋白氨基酸平衡日粮在不影响生长性能的前提下,还可改善猪的生产性能和肉品质、提高抗氧化能力、减少氮排放和节约生产成本。本文综述了低蛋白氨基酸平衡日粮技术的应用及其对肥育猪肉品质的影响,以期为改善肉品质的营养措施提供科学依据。
In recent years, low protein amino acid balanced diet has become a research hotspot of livestock and poultry nutrition. Low protein diets with balanced amino acids have been shown to improve antioxidant capacity, reduce nitrogen emission, and save production cost without negatively affecting the growth performance of pigs. However, there are few studies on the specific mechanism of low protein diet affecting finishing pigs, and the application mechanism of low protein diet needs to be further studied. This paper summarizes the application of low protein diets with balanced amino acids and their impact on the meat quality of finishing pigs, in order to provide scientific basis for nutritional regulation to improve meat quality.
