摘要
公民警校作为国内外实现社区警务战略新的探索,对和谐警民关系的建设具有重要意义。文章使用文献研究法对国内外公民警校建设现状进行实践分析,通过理论研究提出依托公安院校办学资源创办公民警校、优化公民警校课程设置、公民警校培训从“偶尔”向“常态化”转变等路径措施,促进公民警校的建设和发展。
As a new exploration of community policing strategies at home and abroad,citizen police school is of great significance to the construction of harmonious police-civilian relations.The method of literature research is used to analyze the current situation of the construction of citizen police school at home and abroad,and through theoretical research,some paths are put forward such as establishing citizen police school relying on the resources of public security colleges,optimizing the curriculum of citizen police school,and changing the training in citizen police school from “occasional” to “normalized” so as to improve the construction and development of citizen police school.
