摘要
研究了在表面活性剂存在下,铌与邻氯苯基荧光酮(o-Cl-PF)的显色反应条件,在0.12~0.32mol·L-1盐酸介质中,Nb( )与o-Cl-PF生成桔红色络合物,其最大吸收波长为533nm,摩尔吸光系数为1.86×105,在络合物中,Nb∶o-Cl-PF=1∶2,所拟新方法用于合金钢中微量铌的测定,结果满意.
It is found that in 0.12~0.32 mol·L-1 HCl medium,Niobium(Ⅴ) reacts with ochlorophenylfluorone (oClPF) in the presence of Tween40 to form an orangered colored complex with a maximum absorption at 533 nm.The apparent molar absorption is found to be 1.86×105 L·mol-1·cm-1.The molar ratio of Nb(Ⅴ) to oClPF in the complex is found to be 1∶2.Beer′s law is obeyed in the range of 0~4.0 μg Nb/10ml.The interference of microamounts of Ti,Cr can be eliminated by masking.The method has been used for direct determination of trace Nb(Ⅴ) in alloy steels with satisfactory results.
